Sisi: Periodic follow ups on officials in key posts
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi appointed former chief of the Administrative Control Authority Mohamed Omar Heeba as a presidential adviser for combating corruption after his term of office at the ACA ended.

Meanwhile, President Sisi met with new chairman of the Administrative Control Authority Mohamed Erfan Gamaleddin.

The president had issued a decree on Gamaleddin's appointment.

Sisi stressed the importance of the ACA in uncovering and fighting corruption incidents to help restore citizen confidence in the state.

He said periodic follow ups on officials in important and effective posts should be carried out constantly.

At the end of the meeting, Sisi said real coordination should take place between the authority and other relevant state security bodies to achieve the best results.
