Yemeni army confirms the killing of Ali Abdullah Saleh in Sanaa
Yemen Today reported that the Yemeni army in Sana'a confirmed the killing of former Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his bodyguard.

The head of the Yemeni army, who is allied with Ansar Allah, Yahya al-Mahdi, confirmed that the former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh was killed during clashes between the Houthis and the General People's Congress.

Al-Mahdi said in media statements that Saleh was killed after Ansar Allah seized control of the headquarters of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress in Sana'a.
