Peace, mercy and blessings of God :
We refer to the negative consequences of not allowing women to drive the vehicle, and the positive aspects of allowing it to do so, while taking into account the application of the necessary Shari'ah controls and adherence to them. We also refer to what the majority of the members of the senior scholars' Where the origin of the permissibility, and that the views of the reservation is focused on considerations related to the closure of possible pretexts that do not reach the certainty and the predominance of thought, and that they see no impediment to allow them to lead the vehicle in light of finding the guarantees of legitimacy and order necessary to avoid those pretexts even if the scope of doubtful question .
