Amman revises peace agreement with Israel
AMMAN, 10 DEC - The Jordanian parliament today voted in favor of the revision of the peace treaty with Israel following the US decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

A decision considered by Jordanian deputies as a violation of the Wadi Arava agreement with Tel Aviv. A group of parliamentarians called for a revision of the peace agreement based on the fact that the decision by Washington, one of the sponsors of the treaty signed in 1994 , has violated international law, thus making the treaty null.
