Sweden cancels visit of Foreign Minister to Ankara in protest against Turkish aggression
Sweden's Foreign Minister Margot Vellström on Tuesday canceled her visit to Ankara planned for two weeks and suspended diplomatic work with her.

Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Valstorm announced that she had postponed her visit indefinitely and suspended all diplomatic work between the two countries before a questioning session at the request of the Swedish Green Party and the Swedish Left Party to learn about Sweden's position on the Turkish attacks on Afrin.

"People's and women's protection units and Syria's democratic forces are the sole forces of terrorism represented by the United States and the allies of the United States against terrorism," she said in a report.

Turkey has been carrying out aggression against Afrin since January 20, and its barbaric bombardment has left 148 civilians dead and some 365 wounded.
